How We Start
Every city starts with a 90-day pilot.
Every new city begins with a 90-day pilot engagement at the Starter tier price of $5,000 per month, regardless of their eventual target tier. This gives your city a chance to see the work — the quality, the consistency, the responsiveness — before committing to a full annual retainer.
At the end of 90 days, you decide whether to continue, upgrade to a higher tier, or walk away. No penalty either way. We're confident in the work, and we'd rather earn your long-term commitment than lock you into it.
Months 1–3
